These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using Eco-X’s website and services. By booking with us, you agree to the following:

1. Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• We accept payments via [Stripe/PayPal/Square].

• All reservations are subject to availability.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled trip are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but can be rescheduled.

• In case of bad weather, Eco-X will offer a reschedule or credit for a future trip.

• Reservations will allow for 15 minute grace period after meeting time, any later than that or no shows will not be refunded.

3. Safety & Liability

• All participants must wear a life jacket while on the water.

• Eco-X is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during tours.

• Participants acknowledge that water activities carry inherent risks and agree to participate at their own risk.

4. Code of Conduct

• Respect nature and fellow paddlers.

• Follow all guide instructions and safety protocols.

• No littering—leave no trace!

5. Changes to Services

Eco-X reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
